Running late to your appointment?
Please contact me by phone if you're running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. I'll always do my best to accommodate your service within the remaining time whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Adjustments
If you ever leave the salon and feel like your hair needs a little extra attention, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is important to us! Please contact us within 5 days of your appointment, and we’ll be happy to arrange any adjustments as soon as possible. Thank you for trusting us with your hair!
