New clients who fail to attend their appointments will not have the opportunity to rebook. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on delivering quality service to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Running late to your appointment?
Please contact me via phone if you're running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your service within the remaining time of your booked appointment, if possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Adjustments
If you ever leave the salon and feel like your hair needs a little extra attention, don’t hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is important to us! Please contact us within 5 days of your appointment, and we’ll be happy to arrange adjustments as quickly as possible. Thank you for trusting us with your hair!
