Salon Policies
Running late to your appointment?
Please contact me by phone if you're running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. I'll always do my best to accommodate your service within the remaining time whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Adjustments
If you feel your hair needs an adjustment, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. Adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 14 days. After that, services will be considered a new appointment.
Booking policy
To best serve clients and provide the most accurate scheduling availability, all appointments are booked online through the website. If you need assistance with your online booking feel free to call and leave me a message, and I will help you book your appointment.
